Matthew Wright
Matt was Global CEO of Russell Reynolds - a premier executive search & leadership advisory firm, with ~3,000 employees & 47 offices worldwide.
Matt will be our guest speaker on topics including "how to work effectively with executive search" and "how to approach negotiating compensation to maximise your career earnings".
Matt draws on a 20-year career at Russell Reynolds. Prior to being appointed CEO he ran their global financial services sector, led the businesses in Europe and Asia Pacific, sat on the firm’s operating and executive committees and was a member of the board of directors.
Matthew is also an advisor to Manchester Square Partners, a non-executive director of Berry Bros & Rudd and Chair of Cripps Leadership Advisors. He has chaired the Make A Wish Foundation and AYME charities in the UK.

Ben Ford
Ben is a coach & leadership development specialist. He started his career in corporate finance before becoming an Engagement Manager at McKinsey.
Ben will be our guest speaker on topics including "how to identify your strengths, passions, values & needs" and "articulating your priorities".
Ben was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey before becoming a coach. He has spent the last 8 years focused on coaching and leadership development. Ben continues to work for consulting firms as an External Advisor and Expert Faculty - developing & delivering flagship leadership development programs.
Ben is a ICF, ACC and NNCC accredited coach and previously qualified as a chartered accountant with EY.
Ben is an expert in career transitions and describes his style as "flexible, warm and intentional".
