Terms of OnUpBeyond Offerings

1. Other applicable terms

By accepting these terms, you also accept our Terms of Website Use and our Privacy Policy. These apply to all users of our site and include details on how we handle your data and communicate with you. They also set out our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

www.onupbeyond.com  is operated by Movemeon Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08471026. Registered office: GS.G20, Clerkenwell Workshops, 27-31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT.

3. Our offerings

OnUpBeyond provides access-based digital offerings designed to support career progression.

Foundation

• Duration: 2 months’ access

• Includes: CV/Resume Course, LinkedIn Bonus Module, Career Guidance Library (80+ videos), Community feed for questions and resources.

Momentum

• Duration: 6 months’ access

• Includes all Foundation benefits plus: Weekly bespoke advice from Rich, Senior Guest Speaker Library (new recordings every 2 weeks), Rich AI Coach (unlimited), and Behavioural Profiling

Elevation

• Duration: 6 months’ access

• Includes all Momentum benefits plus: Personal CV feedback video, Peer Mentor Match, 1-1 Coach Matching (exploration + chemistry calls), and Preferential Rates for further 1-1 coaching.

Access to each tier is time-limited and will automatically expire at the end of the stated duration unless renewed.

4. No reliance on information

All content delivered through our offerings (including CV feedback, advice, coaching, video libraries, Rich AI responses and community discussions) is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. You must seek independent professional advice before making career or other decisions.

5. Limitation of our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that:

• We provide our offerings on an “as is” basis without guarantees.

• We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or indirect damages.

• Consumer users agree to use the offerings for personal purposes only.

Additional exclusions apply to suppliers (see section 10).

6. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us by email (info@movemeon.com ) within 7 days of first being granted access. We will process a full refund within 20 working days and remove your access. After this period, no refunds are provided.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and apply from the date of posting.

8. Applicable law

If you are a consumer, these terms are governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

If you are a business, these terms and any related disputes are governed exclusively by English law and the courts of England and Wales.

The following are trademarks of Movemeon Limited:

10. GDPR compliance of customers and suppliers

Suppliers and users must comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR. We require suppliers to confirm compliance. We do not accept liability for breaches of GDPR made by suppliers or other users.
