From the Founders.

In 2007, we joined McKinsey and a few years later we started to think about "what next". We couldn't find the support we were looking for. Support grounded in experience and specific to people with a professional services background. So we set about building it.

First came Movemeon - a platform for discovering jobs & projects without having to go through headhunters. Over 10+ years we worked with 4,000+ organisations & 70,000 professionals. Engaging continuously with so many people over such a long period, we slowly developed an enormous amount of insight when it comes to building successful careers that people love.

One day, a Movemeon user said to us: "I don't think you realise that you are THE global experts and have THE best worldwide network & resources for people who want to develop their careers in & beyond professional services". 

OnUpBeyond is our way of making our experience, advice and the knowledge of the amazing leaders and coaches in our network, always available to those who can benefit from it. Lead by Rich, while Nick continues as CEO of Movemeon, we're really grateful to all the professionals who have encouraged us to create this offering.
