- It is not advice or mentoring. Your coach won’t tell you what to do. Instead, they'll ask the right questions to help you think clearly, explore options, and take action.
- It gives you space to reflect and move forward with confidence.
- 1:1 coaching is a significant commitment, both in time and cost. Our coaching packages typically start at £1,500. If this does not align with your budget, consider asking your employer for support. Many are happy to fund coaching as part of their team’s development.
