We don't believe in "1 size fits all" coaching. That's why our coaches will tailor a proposal to fit your exact needs. The total cost will depend on the seniority of the coach you choose and the number of sessions you agree. The value of coaching can be enormous but it does require financial and personal time commitment. If you have a total budget of less than $1,000, 1-1 coaching is unlikely to be a viable solution for you and you may prefer to access group coaching available to our community members.

The cost of group coaching depends on the exact program - topic, group size and program duration. Group coaching is only available to our community members. The price of each group coaching course is made clear when the course details are released. As a rule of thumb, group coaching is less costly than 1-1 coaching. Group coaching tends to focus on developing a specific skill or tackling a specific problem, whereas 1-1 coaching is tailored to your personal circumstances.

All of our coaches are happy to schedule a free exploratory call with our community members to explore 1:1 coaching. These calls help you and the coach to make sure there is a good connection - an effective coaching relationship requires you to feel comfortable so that you can fully open up. During the call, the coach will explore your needs so that they can tailor a coaching proposal for you to consider. Fees are only due when you accept a proposal and proceed with the coaching sessions.

We have spent 15 years building a network around careers in and after professional services. All our coaches have been personally recommended through people we trust and we have personally worked with many of them ourselves or in support of our team. We interview all prospective coaches and ask them to complete a profile detailing their expertise and require them to have a free introductory call with anyone considering doing 1:1 coaching. We also ask every coachee for feedback on their coaching experience.

Group coaching programs have a set duration specific to each program. The number & length of the sessions will be clear when the course details are shared with our community members. 

1-1 coaching is tailored to suit your individual needs. This can range from a short series of sessions designed to solve a particular problem, to an on-going coaching relationship spanning many years.
