Note, however, that coaching isn't advice – if you want tactical guidance (e.g. on types of roles to apply to), you may be better off joining our Career Advice sessions as part of the Full Career System.

We will send you some questions on your preferences and then assign a coach to you – given the high calibre and relevant experience of our coaches, this approach is working extremely well for our coachees.

That depends entirely on how much of the content you will consume. The masterclasses are each typically 2-3h long but contain exercises that will take some additional time. Additionally, you can spend as much time as you like going through our video library of answers to typical questions, our guest speaker session library, use the AI Career Coach, etc.
