Roundtables
Specifically for Senior In-house Professionals in Strategy & Transformation.
Come together, share experiences & learn.
Swap stories, ideas & challenges.
Be part of a curated peer to peer group of people in similar roles but in non-competing businesses.
Senior in-house roles can feel isolated.
So at the request of some community members, we created a Roundtables initiative - free of charge. A Roundtable:
- is a group of ~10 professionals doing similar roles at the same seniority and in non-competing organisations.
- once kicked-off, are self-governing and typically meet ~4 times per year.
- discusses hot topics & common challenges, shares resources & builds your support network.
- come together with other roundtable groups for CEO speaker events that we organise

BENEFITS
Feel supported
In a senior position, you're often the only person - or one of a very small group of people - doing your job. A Roundtable is formed of ~8 people doing your job at non-competing businesses - the perfect environment for truly open discussion.
Share & learn
In strategic & transformational roles there are always new opportunities & challenges to consider. Your Roundtable peers are likely thinking about similar topics. Come together to discuss ideas and share experiences & resources.
Build your network
Professional services firms are built around peer groups / new joiner cohorts. After professional services, that structure disappears. Through your Roundtable, you'll build deep relationships with like-minded people at your career stage.
