As you may recall from my newsletter last week, on Thursday, I hosted a webinar with Matthew Wright, former Global CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates.

 Further sessions with Matt

In the session, I managed to convince Matt to come back and do regular sessions with us. He's kindly agreed to:

• Run a webinar on compensation negotiation
• Schedule a live, detailed Q&A about NED roles (we received so many questions & just couldn't cover them all this week)
• Join for a quarterly general career advisory session - so we can pick his brain on any topic (Exec Search, running a global $1bn+ business, NED roles, etc., etc)
