Coaching & masterclasses are typically a highly effective use of this budget. OnUpBeyond's community membership includes masterclasses, access to exclusive group coaching programmes and a free matching service with a 1:1 coach.

We don't believe in "1 size fits all" coaching & can talk to you about the options available on the call. 

The total cost will depend on the seniority of the coach you choose and the number of sessions you agree.

The value of coaching can be enormous but it does require financial and personal time commitment.

If you have a total budget of less than $1,000, 1-1 coaching is unlikely to be a viable solution for you and you may prefer to access group coaching available to our community members.

All of our coaches are happy to schedule a free exploratory call with our community members to explore 1:1 coaching (a "chemistry call").

These calls help you and the coach to make sure there is a good connection - an effective coaching relationship requires you to feel comfortable so that you can fully open up. During the call, the coach will explore your needs so that they can tailor a coaching proposal for you to consider. Fees are only due when you accept a proposal and proceed with the coaching sessions.

All our coaches have been personally recommended through people we trust and we have personally worked with many of them ourselves or in support of our team.

We interview all prospective coaches and ask them to complete a profile detailing their expertise and require them to have a free introductory call with anyone considering doing 1:1 coaching.

We also ask every coachee for feedback on their coaching experience.

1-1 coaching is tailored to suit your individual needs. This can range from a short series of sessions designed to solve a particular problem, to an on-going coaching relationship spanning many years.

Typically our coaches work with coachees for a minimum of 6 sessions.
