Matthew is 1 of the most senior voices globally in Executive Search. As CEO of Russell Reynolds, he ran 1 of the most respected search & leadership advisory firms worldwide, with ~3,000 employees & 47 offices.
Matthew will be our guest speaker on topics including "how to work effectively with executive search" and "how to approach negotiating compensation to maximise your career earnings".
Matthew draws on a 20-year career at Russell Reynolds. Prior to being appointed CEO he ran their global financial services sector, led the businesses in Europe and Asia Pacific, sat on the firm’s operating and executive committees and was a member of the board of directors.
Matthew is also an advisor to Manchester Square Partners, a non-executive director of Berry Bros & Rudd and Chair of Cripps Leadership Advisors. He has chaired the Make A Wish Foundation and AYME charities in the UK.

Ben was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey before becoming a coach. He has spent the last 8 years focused on coaching and leadership development. Ben continues to work for consulting firms as an External Advisor and Expert Faculty - developing & delivering flagship leadership development programs.
Ben is a ICF, ACC and NNCC accredited coach and previously qualified as a chartered accountant with EY.
